"SPAMMING, SPOOFING AND PHISHING" The team at BruceandDonna.com abhor the practices of spamming, spoofing and phishing. Unfortunately, the reality of the internet is now that every domain name is subject to being used for the illegal tactic of spoofing, in which thousands to millions of fictional, computer-generated email senders, (i.e. Tom.Jones@BruceandDonna.com) are used to send out thousands to millions of illicit, spam emails, including those "phishing" for users private information, to be potentially used to steal identity and/or money. Therefore, we simply wanted to post this page, so that if you happen to be the recipient of such an email seemingly generated from anyname@BruceandDonna.com and are checking out our site (as you should!), please understand that no persons at our website or domain are the sources of such tactics, and that you should take the same necessary precautions you would with any other spam (don't open any attachments!!!). Obviously, no one at our real estate practice would have any interest in any of your private financial information, nor have a desire to sell you a product, no matter how legitimate it may seem (yeah, right!).
