If you haven't been reading the real estate pages recently, you may not be aware of this unfolding and very serious topic: Homeowner's Insurance.  In the latter part of 2002 and the beginning of 2003, there has been an alarming escalation of insurance companies denying new owner policies, raising of policy rates and even canceling policies, based upon a property's history. 

Donna and I want you to be at the front of this issue, for obvious reasons.  Already, one of our clients has been given notice of cancellation, based upon a previous owner merely pursuing information about submitting a claim.
